It combines historic architectural elements with a contemporary look and is a fun place to meet friends. The wait staff is committed to providing a memorable dining experience, and in the kitchen, the cooks create a variety of pizzas. Choices include Uova Bianca, Troppo Carne, and Bresaola Verde Rossa.
BOP BRICK OVEN PIZZA
At Bop's, guests can enjoy pizza that's made in the only wood-burning brick oven in the city. The staff states that their mission is to provide everyone with high-quality meals, and the restaurant has been featured in Pizza Today magazine. The Bagby Pizza Co. began in 2009 when it opened in the historic Bagby Building. It's listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was home to the Bagby Furniture Company which was once one of the region's leading furniture manufacturers. Guests enjoy taking a trip down memory lane as well as the delicious meals. The chefs make the pizzas using traditional cooking techniques, and choices include The Big Cheesy, Tennessee Honey Chicken, and The McTernan.

The chefs at Earth, Wood & Fire use all-natural fuels to cook their delicious creations. The restaurant's dining area is complete with large windows, colorful walls, and plenty of seating, and it's where guests enjoy friendly service. Specialty pizzas include Rustic, Pugliese, and Neapolitan.
